Guided Mechanical Services, LLC was founded by Daniel Cornell in January 2025 with a vision: to provide honest, dependable, and expert HVAC-R and food service equipment repair services while building lasting relationships with our customers.

 

Daniel began his journey in the HVAC-R and food service equipment industry in 2007 in Port St. Lucie, Florida. What started as a simple job opportunity quickly became a career rooted in craftsmanship, growth, and purpose. After five years of hands-on experience and skill development with a small startup, Daniel moved to Tampa, where he spent the next 13 years perfecting his trade, mentoring technicians, and embracing every challenge the industry had to offer.

 

Over time, Daniel saw a recurring issue across the field, customers felt pressured, treated as sales targets rather than people seeking solutions. That didn’t sit right. So, when the time came to branch out, he founded Guided Mechanical Services, LLC on a different philosophy: integrity over upselling, service over sales.

 

At Guided Mechanical Services, we don’t operate on sales commissions. Our technicians aren’t incentivized to push products you don’t need. Instead, we focus on what truly matters, transparent advice, quality workmanship, and doing what’s best for the customer.
